Navigating Courageous Leadership Conversations around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Diversity, equity, and inclusion have become the “hot topic” across many organizations nationwide. The biggest challenge in disrupting biased systems is to get buy-in from people who are not directly affected to take a proactive approach in creating a diverse workplace culture with a courageous heart. As HR Practitioners it is our duty to lead the charge by navigating leaders through difficult conversations who may be opposed to, resistant, or lack understanding of the benefits of diversity.
